• Camera Permission (CAMERA): Required exclusively for camera preview and Augmented Reality (AR) mountain identification. Images or video streams from your camera are processed locally in real-time and are never uploaded to any servers.
• Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Required to recognize your current position and calculate the visible mountains from your standpoint. Your location data is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded or shared.
• Network & Internet Permission (INTERNET): Used solely to download mountain peak data, topography, and updates required for the Application's functionality. This process does not transmit your personal or device information to external servers.

2. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Since all operational data is processed locally on your device, we do not share any personal data with third-party service providers, advertisers, or analytics networks.

3. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly target or collect any information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take necessary actions.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the Application does not upload or store any personal data on external servers, we do not retain your data. Any temporary data used during the app session is deleted when the Application is closed or when you revoke permissions through your device settings.
